Aeronwy Thomas was born without fully developed vocal cords. A bitter disappointment to her father, a career diplomat, she was left to be raised by her grandparents in Cardiff. It worked just fine until age sixteen found her in police custody for stabbing her boyfriend with a broken bottle--and disowned by her father. She spent two years in a young offender's institution before being released to the streets. Before long, she met a lovely young lady named Wren who took her in... and introduced her both to the life of working as an exotic dancer and taking side jobs for MI5. Dancing is hardly a life-long plan. MI5, however, is hardly in the game of advancing their mercenaries out of the field and into real, proper work. Shopping for a better job brought her in touch with a certain Willem Proffitt, and the rest is history. |
